1. Right to Return

Customers may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable US and EU consumer protection regulations.

2. Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

We accept returns or refunds only in the following cases:

  • Items arrive damaged during transit

  • Items are defective or non-functional

  • Items received are incorrect compared to the confirmed order

All claims must be supported by clear photos or videos provided within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective upon arrival)

4. Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be:

  • Unused, unassembled, and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging with all accessories and documentation

  • Securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

5. Refund Method & Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs and transaction fees are non-refundable 

6. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, or transit damage), we will cover or reimburse return shipping costs

  • In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping and related fees 

7. International Orders (Customs & Duties)

For US & EU international shipments:

  • Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and brokerage charges are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for any customs procedures related to returned item 

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If an exchange is approved, replacement items will be shipped after the returned product is received and inspected. 

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact Décor & More directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
